Background

Hi, I’m Chrissy (she/her).
I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over 9 years of experience in community and private therapeutic settings. I’ve worked with people who embody a tapestry of identities and with ages across the lifespan, ranging from 10 to 85.
I grew up in a family deeply impacted by perinatal loss. From them, I’ve learned how transformative it can be to sit in the mud with women when they’re feeling alone and stuck.
If you’re in the middle of a fertility journey, recovering from pregnancy loss, adjusting to new motherhood, or navigating perimenopause — and it feels like anxiety and uncertainty have taken over — you’re in the right place. I help women find solid ground at every stage of their reproductive life.
Even if you’re not specifically experiencing a reproductive life transition, I’m here for you too. I support anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, stress, and life transitions.
How I Can Help
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because it meets women exactly where they are — not by trying to silence the fear or “fix” the anxiety, but by helping you unhook from the spiral of unhelpful thoughts, make peace with what’s outside your control, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Through mindfulness and self-compassion practices, we work together to build the flexibility to move forward — even when the path is uncertain.
Outside of Therapy
I enjoy playing soccer, hiking in the Hudson Valley, gardening, and sharing time with family, friends, and my adorable dog. I’m humaning like the rest of us; I’m a “work in progress” striving to be with it all.
